The Problem

The previous owner of this Audi A4 was a heavy smoker. The new owner purchased the car at a great price but couldn't stand the lingering cigarette smell embedded in every surface. Air fresheners only masked the odor temporarily, and the headliner and seats had yellowing from smoke residue.

• Headliner steam cleaning and extraction
• Leather deep cleaning and conditioning
• Ozone generator treatment for 2 hours
• Carpet and fabric hot water extraction
• Air vent and HVAC system deodorizing
• Charcoal odor absorber placement for continued treatment

The Results

The smoke smell was completely eliminated from the Audi. The headliner was restored to its original color, the leather seats were clean and conditioned, and the cabin smelled neutral and fresh. The new owner finally felt like the car was truly theirs.
